Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

We currently ship to most countries from Toronto, Canada, where all our products are designed & printed.

Canada

  • Standard lettermail: $2.00 CAD (no tracking)
  • Oversized lettermail: $3.00 CAD (no tracking)
  • Parcel shipping options are calculated at checkout via Canada Post

United States

  • Lettermail (includes standard & oversized): $7.00 CAD (no tracking)
  • Parcel options are calculated at checkout via Canada Post with prepaid taxes, duties, and all applicable import fees

International

Please note that standard and oversized lettermail is untracked. Orders shipped by parcel will receive tracking where applicable.

We do not offer shipping to countries in the EU at the moment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be included where applicable to the shipping method selected.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Namak Studio is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transit times and unexpected delays are outside of Namak Studio’s control. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout

Pre-orders

Preorder items are excluded from the standard 3–5 business day processing window. Estimated shipping timelines for preorder products will be clearly stated on the individual product page. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may be shipped together once the preorder item is ready unless otherwise stated.

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
